Welcome to Tiny Nest. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian’s consent, to order. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy; our acknowledgement confirms that we received it. Because we ship cash on delivery, we confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch.

Cancelling

You may cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch — just message us.

Our products

Colours and prints may look slightly different on screen. Fit and absorbency vary from baby to baby, and depend on correct use — including washing before first use, correct insert placement and a proper fit. Any guidance we give is a general indication, not a guarantee.

Care and safe use

Please follow the care instructions. Never use bleach or fabric softener. Always supervise your baby, and stop use if any skin reaction develops.

Prices

Prices are shown in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and will tell you promptly.

Delivery

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, holidays or other events beyond our control.

Our content

The Tiny Nest name, logo, photography and designs belong to us. Please do not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Your content

If you leave a review on our Shopify store, it will be published automatically. If you send us a video review, or a review on WhatsApp, we will ask your permission before publishing it, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, offensive or misleading.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
